Auction Fees:
$895 (inc GST). This is an all inclusive fee and includes the auctioneer fee, auction venue hire, audio visual presentation for the property and staff to register bidders. The full fee applies once the auction is booked regardless of the property being withdrawn, cancelled or sold prior to auction. If the property is postponed to another in-room auction date, no additional fee will be charged.
