We are thrilled to introduce the latest addition to our suite of in-room auction venues, Cooley Auction Centre - South East, catering to all real estate agencies, from boutique outfits to national franchises. From experience, we've determined what constitutes the perfect auction environment and armed with this knowledge we've created a vibrant, energetic atmosphere conducive to optimum sales activity.
Auction Fees:
$795 (inc GST). This is an all inclusive fee and includes the auctioneer fee, auction venue hire, audio visual presentation for the property and staff to register bidders. The full fee applies once the auction is booked regardless of the property being withdrawn, cancelled or sold prior to auction. If the property is postponed to another in-room auction date, no additional fee will be charged.
Visuals:
The presentation is compiled by Cooley Auctions. All photos and floorplans need to be emailed to Cooley Presentations at least 2 weeks prior to the auction date. Each agency has a profile page on the presentation; we require your profile, any photos you would like included of yourselves and your company logo.
